Wire up writeAvaLog to actually write audit logs
- Add AuditLog import to Telegram.hs
- Call writeAvaLog for user messages in both handleEngagement paths
- Call writeAvaLog for assistant responses
- Add logs directories to Ava.nix tmpfiles rules
