Sync imap flags with mbsync
Otherwise the unread flag doesn't get synced upstream. This should be
the default!
Also, I need to remember that `//` is not a deep merge, I was basically
overwritting my `common.mbsync` settings with the `mbsync.enable` in
each account block.
