| Consolidated `monitor.sh` and `monitor-worker.sh` into a single `monitor.sh` script. 1. Deleted `Omni/Agent/monitor-worker.sh`. 3. Updated `Omni/Agent/DESIGN.md` to reference the consolidated script. 4. Verified syntax of the new script. 5. Ran tests for `Omni/Agent.hs` (passed).
