Omni/Agent/Subagent/Coder: always run in /home/ava/omni

- Add omniRepoDir constant for the repo path
- Use direnv exec with explicit path instead of "."
- Update ava manifest workingDirectory to /home/ava

This separates Ava's working directory from Coder's repo directory.
