- Replace urxvt with kitty as default terminal

this means i don't have to manually copy my main calendar events onto the
'scheduling' calendar. i can also use thie method to merge my work calendar with
personal calendar (eventually)

- lots of emacs packages added/fixed
- some tweaks for my laptop setup (fonts, gpg signing)
- gpg forwarding over ssh finally works now!!!
- refactored some stuff to accomodate laptop
